Venus Retrograde Enters Libra and These 2 Zodiac Signs Get the Chance to Make Things Right

On Oct. 25, Venus Retrograde re-enters Libra at 5:09 a.m. ET, a sign Venus left just weeks earlier. Venus governs love, money, relationship dynamics and value systems. Libra is a romantic Air sign and Venus’s sign of rulership, so Venus is at home there.
Because the retrograde is inward in Venus’s own relationship-focused territory, the central question shifts from what a person wants to what they have been agreeing to. The overall theme is therefore reassessment rather than settling: audit commitments, compromises and things consciously settled for despite wanting more, and look at relationships as they are.
The retrograde began less comfortably on Oct. 3, when Venus stationed retrograde at eight degrees of Scorpio, a placement traditional astrology considers in detriment. Scorpio is characterised by intensity, secrecy, power and uncomfortable truths, and the preceding weeks are said to have exposed who holds power in relationships, what people are afraid to admit they need, and old feelings.
Venus had previously been in Libra Aug. 6 through Sept. 10, so the return revisits summer themes of harmony, reciprocity and the terms on which people connect. Venus is to station direct in Libra on Nov. 13. After the Scorpio deep dive, the Libra phase asks whether kept peace is real or merely a cover for conflict.
In everyday terms, this may appear as an ex resurfacing after being forgotten, or an outgrown friendship kept alive out of courtesy. Because Venus is also tied to money and values, second thoughts about spending are also expected.
Aries (March 20-April 19)

A supposedly handled relationship conversation is likely to return from a partner, client or ex. Deflecting will not work this time; compare what was said then with current feelings, be honest, and do not commit until sure.
Taurus (April 19-May 20)

A summer habit, routine or health commitment returns, with unfinished business, including an avoided coworker issue. Daily life offers a do-over; take it.
Gemini (May 20-June 20)

A summer attraction that fizzled may reappear through messages or renewed curiosity. The same applies to a set-aside creative venture or hobby.
Cancer (June 21-July 21)

An avoided home or family situation returns for a second look, possibly involving a relative, roommate dynamic or past issue. The second round brings more clarity and information; use it by contacting the person, rearranging home life or speaking up.
Leo (July 22-Aug. 22)

A sent or unsent message is suddenly prominent, and an old friend, sibling or close friend may reopen a closed chat. Watch tone because misreading is easy; reread before sending and finish the conversation rather than leaving it unanswered.
Virgo (Aug. 22-Sept. 22)

Consequences of money habits become clear, including splurging, undercharging and overspending. Ask what has been compromised and whether it is worth it; the wallet is presented as reflecting self-value.
Libra (Sept. 22-Oct. 22)

This retrograde is especially Libra’s own. Revisit summer relationship dynamics and possibly personal branding. A dramatic makeover may tempt, but the advice is to hold off and first observe what feels off.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 22)

After a deep month, real introspection begins. Something thought processed in summer — pain, a secret or closure — returns for final cleanup. Protect energy, cancel extra plans, and allow journaling, long walks and disconnecting from the usual grind.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

A friend or group drifted from in September may pop back up. Despite muting or ghosting, the reader is said to now know who is in their corner.
Capricorn (Dec. 21-Jan. 19)

A summer work situation — an old boss, project or almost-chosen path — circles back and asks for a real answer. Do not quit impulsively or launch anything major yet; update the resume and watch professional surroundings.
Aquarius (Jan. 19-Feb. 18)

A trip, class or experience abandoned in summer is suddenly prominent again, but with closer attention this time. Research it and consider whether it has future consequences.
Pisces (Feb. 18-March 20)

Summer money and trust issues return for a follow-up. Put things in writing and communicate clearly, emotionally and financially; current knowledge should shape what is compromised or invested in going forward.
