If you’ve been craving a fresh start for 2026 that feels intentional, inspiring, and actually doable you’re going to be obsessed with my latest batch of YouTube videos.
Instead of banking on an instant life overhaul, The Glow Up Series is about building clarity, confidence, and routines that will help make your dream life a reality every day of the year.
Below is a breakdown of each episode and the main topics covered, so you can watch (or rewatch) at your leisure.
Grab your favorite beverage, a notepad and let’s get glowing.
Glow Up Guide: Episode Breakdown for 2026
Episode 1: Plan your dream 2026 and actually achieve it
In the first episode, we begin by getting clear on exactly what a dream year looks like.
We focus on creating a vision for 2026 that feels exciting rather than overwhelming.
The process of curating a digital vision board is a fun one, which allows your goals and dreams to evolve with you throughout the year.
I walk through prompts designed to help you clearly articulate what your vision for the year looks like.
From how you want your days to feel to the goals you want to accomplish, these questions are here to put all of your ideas into writing.
If you want to grab the exact prompts I use, you can find them here.
I’ll also show you how I arranged my 2026 vision board and how to use Pinterest and Canva to bring them to life.
We also talk about choosing a word of the year as an anchor for your decisions.
For 2026, I chose confidence.
In my eyes, confidence is all about trusting my gut, being unafraid to use my voice to express opinions and showing up as my most sparkly self.
Finally, we move into setting realistic goals, reverse-engineering them into action steps, and scheduling seasonal check-ins so your plans don’t get forgotten by February.

Episode 2: Become your best self in 2026 through style, skincare & confidence
The second episode is all about using style and beauty to feel more confident in all of your day-to-day interactions.
It may sound vain at first, but I personally see fashion and beauty as tools to help curate your dream self and spotlight what makes you naturally gorgeous.
We start with reconnecting to your personal style by talking about curating a mini capsule wardrobe made up of outfits you already know you feel good in.
From there, we move into decluttering your closet and organizing your clothes in a way that makes sense so getting dressed becomes a no-brainer rather than a daily pressure point.
Then we move onto beauty and discuss creating simple routines you can reach for that you know will work for you.
I share my five product face makeup routine and my skincare nonnegotiables as inspiration for you to curate the routines that work for you whether they take a few minutes or longer.
We also go through and declutter products that are expired, empty or not being used to make space for the things we reach for daily.
The episode wraps with a mindset shift around confidence and the Confidence Booster Menu you can return to whenever you’re feeling stuck, unmotivated, or in need of a reset.
Because when you feel good on the inside, it shows on the outside.
Episode 3: 10 small daily habits that can actually change your life
In episode 3, we zoom in on the small habits that quietly shape your days and ultimately, your life.
Making a choice that is 1% better or 1% worse may not seem like a big deal in the moment, but the impact those choices have when they compound can be massive.
Inspired by Atomic Habits by James Clear (the unofficial start-of-the-year bible) this episode breaks down ten simple but powerful routines that support consistency and mental clarity.
We talk about morning rituals that build momentum, like planning your day the night before, getting up without scrolling and changing when you wake up to signal a new day has begun.
We also discuss writing down priorities using the “big three,” and finding ways to move your body that actually feel enjoyable.
Plus, I get into setting boundaries, using automation tools to reduce mental load, caring for your physical space with simple resets, monitoring digital consumption, and winding down intentionally at night.
None of these habits are about doing more for the sake of it—they’re about creating systems that make life feel calmer and more grounded.
Episode 4: Cozy and creative winter morning routine
The final episode of the series brings everything together through a slow, intentional winter morning routine.
Even when it’s dark and cold outside, starting your day with a few core tasks is a great way to find a rhythm even in a less motivating season.
This episode focuses on waking up without immediately scrolling, getting dressed to visually mark the start of your day, and creating a cozy atmosphere that helps you feel awake and inspired.
I also share the bonus skincare I like to do when I have extra time in the mornings.
From making the bed and setting the vibes with coffee and candlelight to carving out time for a creative hobby, this routine is about starting your day with intention instead of urgency.
I also share my simple winter skincare and very simple work-from-home makeup routine.
Lastly, I outline my top three tasks for the day so I can stay focused without feeling overwhelmed.
This routine truly helps me stay positive and productive, even on snowy and dark mornings.
